Hungarian goose down pillows for gear filling

Well i have pulled the trigger one one of these.

After trying all other sources for down in this country and internationally this is the cheapest i can buy it.

When it arrives i will open her up and get some pics of the filling in case anyone else wants to know what the down is like inside them.
Will also post up pics of the top-quilt under-quilt and trousers im going to try and make with this down.

I hope its good enough to keep me warm in -12 to -15 with a 500g fill...........wait for winter to find out lol

WARNING WARNING WARNING

Do not buy one of these pillows.

I have opened mine up to find its full of sodding feathers!!!
Its at least a 50/50 mix of down/feathers and no where near 100% down.

Im currently in a dispute with the seller as to receiving a refund.

He gave me a refund of £35 because i had opened it and used some of the filling.
He was very polite and helpful but still if you buy from here be warned.

He only buys and sells on.
The pillow is covered in labels saying 100% siberian goose down.
Its a manufacturing fault so there is not really much i can do.

Down gets and stays wet a long time with little exposure to dampness, wool is much better.

Except the weight....and the pack size......
I need to be able to pack it down enough to carry on a bike and needs to be light enough to carry.
