How to use storm rings with hammock

So I received my new Hanmock off cowboy today and I am very pleased.

It has come with 2 steel storm rings with attached webbing and I was wondering how these configure with the hammock.

Any advice appreciated.

Storm rings sit under tarp, tie the hammock Ends to the rings, then the webbing from the rings to the tree. This provides a break that water will drip from.

Sounds easy enough. Just need some more paracord to go through the ring webbing to make my anchor to the trees. Thanks

Don't use paracord! It's not strong enough...

There are a couple of videos showing Ray Mears setting up his hammock system out there on't internets, it used storm rings and are maybe worth a look?
