I thought I'd share some pictures I made last month whilst walking. I've never seen fungi this big. Are those common sizes in the UK?

I'm not sure I'd say it's common to find 'em that big, but it's not particularly unusual either, at least in my experience.

I live in the northern USA. They will get very large indeed, but usually are maybe 4 to 5 inches wide. I have seen them 12-inches and though unusual are not exceedingly rare either.
