Help wanted digital compass rose

Guys n Gals I'm trying to make my own roamer for GPS/map navigation. I've come across one problem I need a compass rose marked in preferably 1-2 deg steps that I can put into my tech drawing app. I will then need to manipulate it to fit it into my design. Just to ask a bigger favour I need it to be marked the opposite way round. So that it goes from zero at the top anti-clockwise to 005 010 etc. Failing that if anyone knows of a way of creating a compass rose in a tech drawing app I'd appreciate any advice.
