HELP! For Blade Honing

I was wondering if any of you guys could help me? Does anybody know any professional blade smith (preferably in the UK) that has the skill/ability to Hone (and i'm talking shaving sharp) a few of my prized knives without costing the earth. Cold steel will sharpen one of my blades ( Master Hunter Plus) for $10 but this means shipping to the USA. I also require the angle of two or three other knives altering/changing from the standard factory edge angle for tasks more suitable to my needs.
I'd be grateful if anyone could help.

What sort of re-profiling are we talking about Bushiki ? Not sure I'd want to take enough steel off a flat ground Master Hunter to make it a true convex edge or anything like that, but I can get a shaving edge on just about any decent piece of steel from the smallest blade on my SAK to my Forest Blazer felling axe. I've reprofiled knives for years, taking steep factory edges down to a more user friendly 15 degrees or so for a fine cutting edge. (Last full reprofiles I did were on a pair of Buck/Striders, an 888 Solution and a 880SP, both in ATS 34.)

I could do them for you if you posted them. Wouldn't cost you much I promise, but I'm wondering why you don't do them yourself? For what most folks would charge to do them a couple of times each, you could buy yourself a decent sharpening kit, make a strop and have your knives sharpened when and where you felt like it. The reprofiling might seem like a daunting task (Taking a relatively fast-cutting hone to a couple of hundred quids worth of blade is always a little worrying the first time you do it!) but with care and patience you'd soon get the hang of it. Plenty of sharpening info both here and on BB if you wanted to read up on it first.

I'll second that, Get a decent sharpening set up and learn how to do it youself. There's no better feeling than saying to a mate, as you shave hairs off your arm - "Do you think this is good enough or should I spend a bit more time sharpening?" ;)
I wrote a quick review on the Spyderco Sharpmaker I recently bought, its in the Kit Chatter section somewhere - awsome piece of kit and predictable results.
