Hello everyone...
Just a wee message of introduction and to tell you all a bit about myself.
My name is Allan, and I live in East Kilbride, just south of Glasgow.
I have been into bushcraft/wild camping/hiking/fly fishing....basically everything outdoors for as long as I can remember.
I currently work on/offshore in the oil and gas industry. I'm a mechanical engineer, and I love my job as I like getting my hands dirty and love all things mechanical!
I was in the army for 13 years in the Royal Engineers, and loved the whole army life...it was like a hobby rather than a job ha ha!

Anyway, enough about me, here's some of the kit I use when I'm outdoors...

Absolutely Jaeger!
Probably the most well respected Corps in the British Army...everybody was always glad to see the Engineers when we turned up, as we were normally there to fix or build something that would benefit all 🖒
