Had an old kent pattern head lying around that i got for a quid at a boot fair. Add in a few spare hours? A hack saw and sanding disk and.....

That's nice work, I have a Kent pattern axe due the same treatment, did you buy the handle? If so, may I ask which type you bought?

Its just a no name handle I bought in my local old skool ironmongers, (the type that still sells lamp wick by the foot and has ever sort of widget or doodad you can imagine)
