Hangi help

I was rather looking forward to the hangi at the Moot this year unfortunately I have to come home on Sunday due to work commitments but that gave me an idea.

I am having a house warming the following week and thought perhaps I could do my own then. The only problem is getting hold of a munt jack. There are plenty in the woods next to my village but I'm not go up there and find one for obvious reasons.

So my question is, is there anyone out there in the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire area who may be able to help me out?
Obviously I am prepared to pay for the privilage but butchered would be prefered.

I have watched Silverback's skinning and butchering demo at the Christmas meet at Swyn's place but I'm probably not quite ready for having a go just yet in the time available.

Hi Bob,

A lot of the meat for the spit roast at the Midlands May Meet (thanks Scrumpy) came from Antony Garrett (Game Dealers). Hope this helps.
