Green tomato chutney recipe?

Perfect timing - me too!

Discovered recently that I'm allergic to the colourings used in Branston pickle so I'm moving to chutney! lol.
 
Don't know about chutney (or green ripe? tomatoes for that matter) But as for actual green (large and UN-ripe) ones, just slice them, coat in cornmeal, and pan fry until golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing.
