Great service from Alpkit

I'm very impressed with Alpkit customer service.

The battery case lugs sheared off my Gamma head torch after about 2 years use. I posted it back to Alpkit on Wednesday at 4pm. At 9am on Saturday it was back, as good as new.

Very impressed with the company. The kit is good, the prices are reasonable, the website prices are postage inclusive, and if anything goes wrong they look after their customers.

No connection, except as a satisfied customer.

You are one of a very long line of happy customers.... I've been a customer of theirs for many years now and along with Backpackinglight.co.uk, they are about the best to deal with IMHO.

Same here, light casing lugs broke, rang them and they popped one in the post for me, came next day, no charge.
