Good customer service

Just a quick post in praise of these guys customer service

i had their freeloader delivered yesterday so's klady of tanith and i can keep our phones charged whilst on a course next monh in case her little un needs her mum. slight problem the freeloader doesnt have a specific adaptor that is compatible with my phone.
short call to customer services and the solution is clear use the usb connector! and it works
very helpful people and easy solution.
always makes a nice suprise getting customer services that know what they are talking about

I'd be interested to know how well this works??

I thought of getting a solar charger, but most reviews on them say they are not very good.

Hopefully the technology has changed and this one does the job, if so I will probably buy one..
