Just turned the TV over to watch this programme on C4 in time to see his b finished lodge. Truly.amazing. It has 3 walls that can be winches down to create an open plan with wide, flat deck. Looks a good way to connect inside with the outside wood.
Then inside the furniture swivels, folds tilts away. One moment a dining room come living room; then fold, tilt, swivel it's a bedroom for 4 people. The kitchen work surface/cupboard folds up then lowers with a hidden crank handle and scissor Jack into the floor space.
I just think it's all an interesting design but truly over the top. A lot of stuff done solely because it can be done. Kind of to put design into it for design sake only not to suit some defined need.
