Free Geese Falkirk

It's likely I might have a couple of geese if anyone wants one very soon. It would be ideal if anyone wanted to try home butchery, or make jerky or even put a nice goose on the Christmas table!

They would be available 7th December in the Falkirk area, they would be fully feathered.

That is a nice offer, I do not know how I would store it, freezer wise, as a Christmas dinner option.

It's likely the geese won't be huge, as its a smaller geese we are shooting, you would be able to freeze it in a normal freezer. You probably want to brine it for a day then freeze as normal!
