Hello all.
For your consideration, an Francis Barker 1605 NATO Brass Button Compass.
This is an old one, originally purchased from Survival Aids when they first started out back in 1982/3 (ish).
These are tiny, very well made and surprisingly easy to navigate well with.
You can read a bit about it here on this chaps website.
Condition:
I can categorically state that this compass has never seen the inside of my digestive tract, however I am led to believe that this would be entirely possible without ill effect on the compass should the new owner wish to do so.
The glass is pristine, the base shows no marks, there are a few areas around the top where the brass shows through, this from having been stored in a survival aids E&E tin for many years.
The cheapest that I've managed to find these at in the UK is £36 plus postage, I will sell this here for £21 to someone who will pay by bank transfer. Delivery to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland IS INCLUDED (sorry I will not post it to a non UK address).
