Foraging at Debden

I've just got back from a weekend camping at Debden House Campsite and had a brilliant time. Open fires,miles of forest to explore,also had a go at making some rudimentary wooden cooking utensils.But most of all its a foragers paradise.Nettles, Huge Bay Boletes, a few decent sized Ceps,apples &crab apples Blackberries and absolutely bundles of ripe Sloes.
Well worth a visit if your not too far away.

Its a great spot considering it is so close to London.
