For your consideration, a pair of Fjallraven Greenland Trousers (Size 52)
These have been worn a couple of times but I didn't like the pocket layout as much as the Forrester so they ended up sitting in a bag for a few years.
New condition, no damage, no wear, still impregnated with the original water proofing.

however I am 5'11" and normally a 34" waist, 31" inside leg and these fit me fine.
These sell for as much as £115 however I will sell this here for £45 to someone who will pay by bank transfer. Delivery to the UK mainland is included (sorry I will not post it to a non UK address).
