I received a Bushcraft Spain extention panel, for my lavvu at Xmas.
Last weekend was my first chance to try it out in anger. Set up on a cold Friday afternoon, then set about gathering and preparing some firewood for the wood stove. The extention panel added so much more room to the lavvu, I was able to set up a campbed and a camp chair inside, and well enough away from the wood stove. Friday night was bitterly cold, and a hard frost built up in the surrounding fields, but I was toasty in the lavvu. A frosty Saturday morning, but the temperature rose during the day. Saturday evening got very windy and wet, which lasted through the night, but it was warm enough to not need the wood stove. The lavvu and extention panel performed brilliantly, and I stayed dry andwarm. The panel itself is a quality piece of kit, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
