It´s about primitive firecraft (´Fire, from stone age to burning glass´) and includes fire by friction, flint and steel, fire pistons and more (you can also buy fire pistons at the site).

The book looks very interesting, so if anyone here has read it or knows of this book a review would be very much appreciated.

Didnt know about it yet, but maybe i will get it and report.
unfortunately, fire-making and everything else outdoors is not that high on my list of priorities for the next six months.

i don't know anything about that particular book.
There are some pretty interesting books available in German: just do a search under "survival" on the german version of ebay (www.ebay.de).

There are some books advertised from Germany's version of Lofty Wiseman - RÜDIGER NEHBERG.
I have a survival book of his which is interesting enough though very much more survival than bushcraft.
