Just been on the phone to a very helpful guy at Heinnie Haynes with the outcome being a full refund,
on return.
I sent for the PD20 body to try using a CR123 battery instead of an AA, linky
after enquiring he found out that it only fits older models i.e. before they had the pocket clip.
I mentioned I could post this on BCUK and he said fine.
