ESEE - Izula II

Just thought I'd post a few pics of my new toy. It's a lovely little neck knife made by ESEE (formerly RAT Cutlery http://www.eseeknives.com/izula-II.htm). Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it's a fairly sturdy little thing, extremely sharp out of the box and has nice grippy micarta scales.

Thanks Stu, yeah neckers are great... there's something about very small and sturdy knives that I like a lot!

Haha, it looks like a tough little thing, I still ain't had a chance to do anything with it... weekend with the onset of a cold - maybe this coming weekend!

The first Izula came naked, the Izula II comes with the scales attached, and with a slightly longer handle.

Nice knife the Izula, like all of ESEE's stuff. Perfect for bushcraft because that's what they're designed for: survival and skills in the South American jungles. The range is wide enough to cover all the bases without over-saturation.

Their accessories and kits are well-thought out and well-made too. I've no connection to them apart from being very impressed with everything they do.

This is the first ESEE knife I've purchased, but if I'm to base judgement of their other stuff on this particular knife I'd have to say that the build quality and price alone make them worth looking in to.
