Elder berries

I have loads of elder berries in my fields at home.
What can I use them for or make out of them quite simply?
The sloes that I usually have are quite disappointing this year!

I make elder berry vodka or gin, same way as sloes. You can also make cordial from them which is good for colds and winter chests.
