I remember watching this several years ago - looks like an amazing place - wouldn't get me up there though, not good with heights.

From reading the Wiki entry on it, they are going to restore it, starting this year.

Fantastic place to visit. You can walk up the gorge on the train line if you don't like heights (tolerated although not really approved of).
If you think walking it is bad, it's been cycled down a few times as well.
