OK, so I managed to overcome my normal urge to throw things at the screen and managed to sit through a whole episode of Jamie Oliver the other night. Can't stand him, but the promise of an hour in Wyoming was too tempting, and I was rewarded with dutch oven cooking, deep frying steaks on pitchforks in a bucket of pig fat, and his recipes for baked beans and chilli.
Worth a look, just try to avoid listening to him too much...
