Had this ID last year as Dryads Saddle so this year I thought I would harvest it. From what I have read it seems to be correct with a pleasant lemon aroma.
Photos below, but what's the best way to cook this or is it similar to chicken of the woods that I had last week?
Just to be cautious I would like some expert opinions before trying it.

You really want to get it when it's smaller than the palm of your hand. And use it in a stir fry, risotto, or even a beef Wellington in the duxelle of mushrooms around the beef.
