The dehydrator is doing well, getting the hang of it now

Carrots and sliced beans after drying

And after a soak in water

Excuse the veg being the wrong way round

Wow, that's a really clear illustration Excellent.
Mine arrived on Sunday afternoon and it's full of fruit, which appears to be disappearing as fast as it dries :bluThinki and HWMBLT and the youngest tech ref manual didn't want any supper
The smell in the house is glorious; warm, sweet, fruit salad
