Nice photos, if you hadn't said it was Dartmoor it could have been Yorkshire. Looks a bit like Brimham Rocks, well apart form the horses.

I went to school in the Pennines and live next to Dartmoor now. Very similar geography. Both gorgeous. Those photos make me want to get back out there again this month.

Dartmoor happens to be my favourite place for walks, i have been there many times.
The best stunning view that appealed to me was from the top of Sharp tor.

My favourite view on Dartmoor is sitting on top of sheeps tor looking out over Burrator Reservoir... on a clear day you can see right down to plymouth and the English Channel.

I love how dartmoor can take you from secluded forest to boggy moorland and then to windswept peaks all within a couple of hours...
