Heard my first cuckoo of the year this morning...this could be spring time despite having a wee dusting of snow on the hills a few days ago.

There was at least 1, possibly 2 cuckoo's out when we did a trip down the river just over a week ago.

It's thirty years or more since I heard that song, my uncle Joe used to sing this to me as a weaner....
