Ok prob dont need another tarp but I dont have one in cotton that can be used close to the fire so....... whilst shopping spotted an egyptian cotton king sized sheet 250 count. Now this was a fitted sheet so was wondering how much of a pain it would be to unfit it?! Or found a 200 count flat sheet that was bigger would do but wondered if the 250 count would be better...?!
Anyone experience of these?
Worth while having a look at the mo folks both items were £6 and £7.99.
A wee bit of sewing and a bit of help from this site
http://www.womenofthefurtrade.com/wst_page5.html
and I think I will be sorted.
Oh and dyeing cotton????? One was brown one was while.

Ok should have searched the site first  there is quite a bit of info on this.
The 200 count sheet was preferable as it was bigger and flat but cons was white and a less count that the fitted sheet.....may have a go anyway as my sewing is ok and for the wonger seem like a good buy.
I did see a decorators sheet in Wilco's but think the weave would be too wide.
