Bushcrafting - Northamptonshire

Hello all

A bit new to Bushcrafting, having some Military Style background I know the basics of Wild Camping and stuff like that, but want to practice more.

I am looking for somewhere to develope my skills local to Northampton. Does anyone know if there is an area around these parts that I could use for Wild Camping/Bushcrafting?

Not having transport of my own at the moment (have to borrow the Mrs's car), I am can't really travel far. Does anyone Practice locally??

Hi Siecroz,
I live and work in Milton Keynes. I tend to wander off into Brickhill/Aspley woods if I'm looking for somewhere close to home that I can get out into the trees. Salcey is pretty much the half way point between N'ton and MK if you would like to meet up there sometime? I work odd shifts so weekdays are often as easy as weekends for me. If you are stuck for wheels, I wouldn't mind picking you up from N'ton and getting us both out for a stroll sometime.
