I've had a few and love them, really good steel, whether carbon or stainless

A bit of a mixed bag, these Brusletto, IMHO.
I really like the design of the blades and have made several knives with them, like this:

But I really hate the 12C27 they use. It takes ages to sharpen, but doesnt hold an edge that good.
Currently I make two Samekniv, one with a 8" carbon blade from Brusletto, the other with a similar blade from Jarvenpaa, whose blades I do like very much. I will see how the Brusletto will hold against it.
