A set of two knives based on the Scandinavian Double knives

01 tool steel. Curly Birch Handles. Oak tanned sheath. Knives are in superb condition (coated in Renwax and stored out of sheath). Sheath is solid, clean condition but does show signs of knives being pulled in and out.

Blade length: 125mm & 63mm
Handle length: 115mm & 73mm

These sell for £390 new. Was £250, now...

I'm asking £200 for the pair including UK special delivery. Payment by BT (paypal accepted if you add 4% for fees).

Just out of interest whats the idea behind the scandinavian tradition of carrying two in this way?

Is it a leuku and a puukko Sami traditionally carry? Or something else?

Not really sure Dave. I guess it is. I large blade and a small one for those fiddly little jobs. I'm sure there will be a member out there who will have some info.
