Berry/Shrub ID Please

I have looked in all my books and cannot match the leaves to anything.
What do you think??

Its a Cotoneaster. Not sure which one though, theres loads.

Another thought is the wayfaring tree - a viburnum. But those berries seem big.

hi rich59 sorry to say but its not a vibernum as they have oppisite buds not alternate so id say cotoniaster
