i have been pleasantly surprised by a few big companies over the years (including benchmade) i recently broke a lansky stone after years of use, i emailed them to ask about buying a replacement and they just asked for a photo of the broken one (which i emailed to them in the states) and a brand new turned up from them in a few weeks. Likewise the CRKT customer service (online) is very easy to order spare parts for (i was looking for a new washer for an old M16 and was able to order it easily, and it arrived pretty quick (all for free) great international service.
