Beech Leaf Noyau

Thought id show you a photo of one of my bottles of Beech leaf Noyau,very pleased with the outcome.Iused Vodka instead of Gin.Just have to wait 3 months until i can try it.

I've put it out of sight in the garage,which i did once with a bottle of blackberry whisky,came across it 2 years later

This is all i have left of the batch of blackberry whisky which i made about 3 years ago, and forgot about it until i found it about 6 months ago.Great if you have a cold in winter or drizzled on ice cream in summer
