Well wanted to do some smoking but 1, couldnt find a oil drum to make one 2, missus aint too pleased on something in the back garden looking like a modern (piece of rusting) art!!
So this is what I have got hold of
There are diff height settings for cold smoking searing or steaming ( a bowl for wine /etc comes with it)
Not bad quality although check through the boxes to see if everything is there! It was in mine.
