Howdy mate. The angle of grind depends very much on the intended use. Are you refering to the profile (general shape of the head) or the bevel (final cutting edge)? If you want to tell me what the axe is intended for (cutting, splitting, general bush work), and the size and shape of the axe, I'll try and help
