They are primarily a hunting accessory. As far as I can see in the equipment rules for NFAS, they aren't specifically excluded and should therefore be OK in my opinion. However of course there is always the chance that someone might object on the grounds of the bow quiver offering some stabilisation due to its mass, or the possibility of marks being provided by it for sighting. No problem though as far as I'm concerned.
