Why does it say frost when it's Mora?

In the beginning, a Mora knife was a knife made in Mora in Sweden.

Two of the biggest makers were Frosts and (I think) KJ Eriksson, but within the past couple of years or so, the two companies have amalgamated and they now sell most of their knives under the 'Mora of Sweden' brand.

The 'Eric Frost' name has been kept for the wood carving knives. You have a model 137, which Mora have decided is one of their woodcarving knives. Various other knives they make (including my favourite - the 106) are still stamped with the Eric Frost logo, but they are made by Mora of Sweden.

Cheers
