I seem to be making a habit of kissing the ground recently. Just been for a run and slipped on some gravel and ripped my knee to pieces. Last winter I came off my bike and cut my chin and hip. I never see to have anything suitable in my first aid kit at the time.
Does anyone have any spare first aid items they'd be happy to pass on. Maybe I can offer something to swap for this (don't know if this thread should be in the swap shop).
Looking mainly for dressings and bandages, maybe some alcohol wipes.
