an overniter with tom (pics)

last nite me and a friend of mine spent the nite out in the woods to practice some camp crafts.

we collected some cattail to try,
we practiced a few knots,
I showed tom how the use a flint and steel old school style,
we made a pot stand for multipul pots
we cooked some steak
made stew for dinner
made some bannock
did a bit of tracking
carved a little
we were throwing a tomhalk
and found some crampballs
and drank beer and had a laugh
all and all a good nite

you culd maybe leave the pot hangers etc discretely tucked behind/ up a tree for future use

yeah thats what we have done thanx
