Any info on condition - tears, stains, heavy wear areas,holes etc??

No tears, no 'heavy wear', some mild around outer pocket entrance .. but you need to be looking for it. And no holes. It is in remarkable used condition. It has just been professionally cleaned and conditioned. Good to go to a new home!
