ARRL posted the following on their facebook page for all hams concerning contact with the Philippines:

[h=5]ARRL - the National Association for Amateur Radio
[/h][h=5]We are all concerned about the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. ARRL has successfully sent faxes and email to Philippine Amateur Radio Association members in Manilla. 7.095 MHz remains PARA's primary operating frequency into and out of the affected area; please keep that frequency clear and ask your friends worldwide to do the same.

PARA is recommending Google Person Finder to request info about or post info about missing persons. You can find it here:
http://google.org/personfinder/2013-yolanda/
...
For information on PARA's Ham Radio Emergency Operations (HERO) visit http://hero.para.org.ph/

Again: Please keep 7.095 MHz clear.

Thank you.
