4th attempt of a Spoon

After my day out with Kepis and Hugo, and getting some tips on carving, and starting one whilst i was there, i thought i should try and finish it!:confused:
I think it is Sycamore?, But kepis will confirm i'm sure!

This is how my 4th spoon attempt turned out:-

nice one matey, was that the one you started up the woods on Friday?, if so it's Hazel

Thanks guys!, and yes Kepis, Fridays project! It had no leaves on the wood so i was having a stab in the dark!.:lmao:

Good looking spoon there rockmonkey.
Whilst cutting out the bowl on one of mine that I roughed out with you guys, I painted it RED along with my apron and work bench, It is a nice claret colour.
Message to myself must try harder.

Claret red and untreated wood do not mix well my friend!
Not try harder, Just more carefully!:lmao:.
Hope you are not bleeding too badly, don't want you being light headed on our next bimble out!:)
