Err, not sure. I dont want a full spool, which is over twenty quid at Tandy.

I dont know why he specifies kangaroo, maybe deer or something would work just as well? Dont know....

Weight for weight/ size, roo leather is better for braiding as the fibers are not running in one direction apparently. that makes it stronger when cut as a lace.
Schwert is great at braiding. I was inspired by him and he offered some great advice to me as well
