They burn warm enough to take the coldest winter chill off very quietly and without much light output (a faint orange glow) and are the lighter weight older version with the wire support and not all that chunky plastic that the latest ones have.
They have both been used a fair bit but work perfectly including the ignition once you are patient enough to let the gas permeate the element. I have heard reports that they can smell of a gas a bit too but I have always screwed the gas in nice and tight and have never had a whiff.
The link above is a bit on the expensive side but has the correct photo, most places sell them for £50 - I am asking £25 each and I'll throw in postage.
