i know a few schools and clubs use rocks east woodland just north of bath for bushcraft weekends you might be able to get some info from them they also allow campfires there with camping, very nice couple run it. no connection, just used this place before.

i managed to get out yesterday as well, it was below zero, and very quiet. nice just to walk through a local woods in the fog and not see anyone. even got close to a buzzard perched in a tree only about eight feet up, probably not wanting to fly in the fog, until my dog came running back to me...

i got a new kelly kettle and cookin gear :) cant work out if the grill shelf pieces go ontop of the pan or on top of the fire tray tho?

run it through the dishwasher a time or two. yep, just dont let the mrs know!!! lol

nice spoons! i tried my hand at carving a spoon at the weekend for the first time, it was quite relaxing and a challenge since i have only ever worked with metal since im a fabricator. i finally finished mine but didnt have a scoop to finish it off so had to use the tip of my knife. not as tidy...
