Nearly always have a SAK on me. Day to day I have either the Explorer or the mountaineer with plus scales and a pen, plus, mini screwdriver and a pin. Outdoors the Huntsman, Farmer X or SA7. I have a few Leathermans which are great tools to have if I'm doing jobs and I that I would carry...

Love the SA7, the little blade has the thinnest edge on any knife I have. Out of all my SAKs this is the best for wood stuff, the lack of a key ring makes it smooth and comfy in the hand with any grip.

I think this is why Gold and Silver are both rising (last 6-8 months), global instability has added momentum. With 20k I would buy gold and silver royalty stocks as their potential upside is far higher than the physical metal (although, implicitly, there's nothing wrong with buying physical)...

A tin foil hat may help avoid Chinese microwaves and doubles up as a cooking pot! I love an Alox SAK - got Farmer, FarmerX and Pioneer X functional and beautiful, always have one on me (not at airports obviously).

Try adding a square of 25mm velcro - the fussy side (You can get them as dots or squares or on a roll) Stick it into the inside of the sheath at the opening - adds a bit of pressure to the blade, but not too much, and won't run anything.

My five arrived today. OK, not pristine and shiny like they come out of the box from Victorinox but these are all in great nick, complete and everything works smooth, blades in good shape, scissors all sharp, file good. So glad I bought these, what a bargain at a fiver each. Thank you Jay.

Great report Tiley. Mine finally arrived on Friday - one item was OOS so delivery was delayed until it came in. Not had chance to use it yet but agree with you on the mask, my immediate thought was to move the snap Botton so that the straps secures behind the beard (which is plenty deep)...

Cheers Erbswurst, I thought about the Hunters Hatchet too - it was only about £48 but I already have the decorative status symbol i.e GB Wildlife Hatchet. :). It's a fine tool. Is it worth £119 or whatever they are now? Perhaps not but I do still love it, great carver, so sharp and light in...

Seen a few Youtube reviews - they look very decent. This one is bullseye bushcraft 'do everything' size. I'll let you know when I get mine and have used it.
