New Years Day

I received a level one mat and pillow this evening as a gift (was googling for info afterwards and came across this post). I immediately lay for half an hour in a state of complete almost sleeping bliss. To the touch it feels harmful, but after initial discomfort it is extraordinarily relaxing...

Enjoying a hasty post-work dusk paddle I was thrilled by the sight, and sound, of a stag and his hinds very close by on a small offshore island. A good feeling that will carry me through the day tomorrow!
