Travel light freeze at night, as the old saying goes.
I would ditch the Kelly kettle and NATO sleeping bag and replace them maybe with a modern bag and a lightweight trangia or small gas stove, if you like burning stuff maybe a small hobo

Fire pit is a ARB one with grill.
³/⁴ trailer was bought from tanks a lot , look them up online if you want one .
There's a few for sale for under a grand nowadays third hand.
We keep the trailer loaded ready to go just add water and food .
Finished work Friday , hooked up trailer and shot off to Exmoor.
Hour and half later camp set up and ice cold beer in hand watching the sun go down next to the camp fire.

I have there old alpine pots must be 20 years old now bought from Cotswold outdoors new they now look black and a couple of dents but still going strong and still in use
I've got a short brim bush hat in danish camo , lovely hat.
Back in the 80's they were called a **** hat till we got stopped from referring them as that
Just out of interest just boiled this in my mug , absolutely delicious and it's vegan if that's your bag .
The pouch doesn't say it's boil in the bag but it was ok with no melting or odd flavours,(just wish I had brought 2)
