Hi All Im after slotted buttons like the larger ones used on British Army clothing but can only seem to find them in small quantities. I want about 30 in Olive Green and around 25-30mm in size and also the tape to attach them. Any ideas.

I agree there is a ventilation penalty when wearing mine although I don't find it too bad....weather dependent. The chest pack I have is the smaller of the Helikon-Tex Numbat so doesn't cover as much area at the big one so allows more ventilation.

I have a bamboo chopping board too, I've often wondered what they use to glue the sections together with and if its one of these dodgy substances. I'm sure I read somewhere that the glues they uses are less than environmentally/health friendly, either way it still does the job.

Cotton is a pretty decent insulator unless it gets wet then you open your self up to a whole host of dramas from drying to heat loss, . I have a merino wool T-shirt I think it came from a company called wool and prince, anyhoo that's what i use if the conditions rule out a cotton T.

Just had 2 wisdom teeth out, and my dentist suggested the following. Saltwater 3 times a day, after meals to dislodge any food particles and to promote healing. Common agrimony, twice a day in-between meals to promote healing.
